When Michelle first contacted me about photographing her wedding she was a little unsure about all of the details, which seemed odd because the wedding date was in about 6 weeks. When she got back to me with the details a week later, I was surprised to hear that she was planning her wedding with a masquerade ball theme, all in about 5 weeks!
One of the most interesting details was the venue: the Palace Theater on Main Street in Danbury, CT. I live in Danbury, and the last I knew the Palace had been closed down since the late 90′s. However, I was confident that Michelle knew what she was doing and I looked forward to seeing everything put together.
Sure enough, the Palace Theater turned out to be a really amazing, unique venue for wedding. All of the guests where required to wear masks, and some took the opportunity to really dress up. Michelle + Jim did a really great job with all of the details, and their hard work paid off!
