Bola + Abiodun’s Engagement :: Yale Campus :: New Haven, CT

Bola and Abiodun met while they were attending grad school at Yale, so they decided that wanted to do their engagement session in that area of New Haven. The Yale campus has an abundance of buildings and common areas with very interesting architecture which is great from a photography standpoint. Bola and Abiodun made this engagement session extra easy with their natural comfort with each other – they definitely seemed to be having a lot of fun! I’m looking forward to their wedding this spring at the New Haven Lawn Club!

Judy + Bruce’s Engagement :: Central Park :: New York, NY

Judy and Bruce chose to have their engagement photos done in Central Park. I’m not terribly familiar with the park, but judging by the relatively small portion of it that we covered, it’s pretty awesome. It didn’t hurt that we had a beautiful day in late November to walk around and take some photos! Enjoy!

Jenn + Steve’s Engagement :: New Milford, CT

Jenn had a few ideas for their engagement session – apple orchards, bridge, Harley. Anyone one of them could have made for cool engagement photos, but doing all 3 made it that much better. We started out at Blue Jay Orchards in Bethel, moved on to Lovers Leap Bridge in New Milford, and finished up on a dirt road somewhere in New Milford.

Despite Blue Jay Orchards being mobbed (not really surprising on a Sunday a couple weeks before Halloween) we managed to find some spots free from crowds

We moved on to Lover’s Leap Bridge

Then we decided to get some photos with the Harley. We got to meet some horses… Jenn was a little apprehensive at first.

Kristina + Rob’s Engagement :: Gillette Castle :: East Haddam, CT

Kristina + Rob chose to have their engagement photos at Gillette Castle. I was recently introduced to Gillette Castle and really enjoy going there, you have to love a place where there’s trails, bridges, stone walls and a castle to photograph! We had a good time enjoying the weather and walking around the place. Looking forward to the wedding at the Fox Hill Inn next year!
